Often a business or organisation will fund significant projects and system implementations, in many cases using sophisticated tools and techniques, but not have the skills necessary to understand everything that is being carried out on their behalf. We have extensive experience of working with implementation teams as well as clients, and are often in a better position to understand the system implementation team’s actions and the reasons for those actions. We can offer services to our clients to help them review the project status and help them to judge whether the implementation team is making sound progress towards the client’s objectives. Our independence from development teams and product vendors ensures that our clients will receive unbiased advice, while our understanding of the implementation processes ensures that our clients can get a wider and deeper understanding of their project status.
We can also offer services to help in meetings between clients and their project implementation teams. We can provide “facilitators” to help control meetings and steer them providing benefits to both clients and their project teams. Our extensive experience of both client issues as well as design and implementation issues means that we are often able to help the various interest groups in every project to communicate and understand each other’s needs.
