We have extensive experience of a wide variety of tools and techniques, and can organise seminars, workshops and short training courses on a variety of topics to help our clients understand the advantages and pitfalls of particular approaches, tools and techniques to support the initial phases of a project.
Some clients may require longer-term support. We can help them understand the complex issues that may arise during system and software implementations for significant business problems. In such cases, it may be more appropriate to offer less intensive support, perhaps at the level of one day per week, to allow us to mentor our clients staff through the life of a project, for example. This longer-term ongoing support may be more effective at instilling a deeper understanding of the issues since it is possible to focus on the real problems and issues arising in real projects rather than the contrived examples that may be found in short training courses.
