We are working towards an ISO-9000 compliant quality system. Quality is something that is not an optional extra that can be bolted on afterwards; quality has to be designed and built-in from the start. This is a major issue for many customers, so we are not going to rush to get ourselves approved certification status until we are confident that our procedures and standards are right for us and our customers. We are not interested in getting certification if it is only to get some ticks in a few boxes on somebody else’s checklist. That is not what it is all about.
