Problem Analysis

Without understanding the sort of problem to be solved, it is very difficult to find the right tools and techniques to achieve an efficient solution. Similarly, without understanding what data and information is necessary to solve a problem, and where that information can be obtained, how extensive it is, how quickly it changes and how up to date it needs to be, it is impossible to understand how to integrate the proposed solution with the other systems with which it must interface. All of this is essential to analyse the interactions of the proposed new system and its possible impact on the other systems.

Our wide experience of many different problems and solutions gives us the ability to help see and understand the underlying character of a problem, as well as seeing the obvious surface features. We also have extensive experience of the necessary integration techniques and architectures which enable new systems to be used to maximum benefit while minimizing their impact on other systems.
