We have been supporting, maintaining and enhancing a complex pricing system for a multi-billion-dollar international company trading high-value goods in a highly regulated market. This is a complex system consisting of several distinct components which address different aspects of the pricing process using both simple business rules and more complex optimisation models. We are currently implementing a number of changes and enhancements to improve both usability and performance and to match changing business requirements.
